Day 126

Attention, taken to its highest degree, is the same thing as prayer.

Simone Weil · Gravity and Grace
A ceramic plate with a diameter of 38 centimetres (1 ft 3 in), decorated in the Wild Goat Style. It depicts a scene from the Trojan War, showing Menelaos standing over the body of Euphorbos after killing him while fighting for the corpse of Patroclus. Behind Menelaus, Hector approaches, joining the fight for the body of Patroclus just after Menelaus has killed Euphorbos.
